One Cup Report - Review Score

Top praises:

“Fast brew time. It’s great to have a hot cup of coffee whenever I want it.”

“We love that it brews a perfect cup of which you select weather it be 6,8, or 10 oz sizes. This way you do not waste any coffee or hot chocolate or whatever you decide to fix.”

“I appreciate that it is a neat and an efficient machine. Upon turning it on, it takes about 45-60 seconds for the water to heat up, and then another 30-45 seconds to brew. So you get an amazing brew in less than two minutes! The other benefit is that it has an automatic shut-off system after two hours.”

“Well we purchased this item in late January…even after I was told by several people that within 6 months you’ll have to replace it because something will stop working. I didn’t believe any of them, my mom has one of these and loves it and hasn’t had any real problems in the couple years she’s had one; that I know of. BUT last month mine stopped pumping water from the reservoir to the warming part and nothing we tried from the manual, online help, or calling the toll free help line was able to correct the problem”

“I bought my first one in July 2012. It lasted two weeks with only one person using it once a day. Then liquid wouldn’t come through. Called the company. They sent me a second one with my paying $7 shipping fee to return the k cup inside the machine. They told me to throw out the machine because they can’t do anything with it. This new one lasted a month. THen the same thing. “
