One Cup Report - Review Score

Top praises:

“The Kcups I already purchased all work – no nightmares of special codes etc”

“the K250 begins pre-heating water to be ready to brew the next cup, this occurs also within seconds. All of the operations can be seen on the LED screen as they are taking place.”

“Keurig machines were almost all electronic when I purchased this – love the various cup sizes (waned 4 oz because I like stronger coffee) and also the Strong Brew button. “

Top complaints:

Keep in mind that top complaints may only be a small percentage of all units sold - please refer to the overall review ratings.

” After only using it twice, it needed maintenance. After messing with it, got it working – then maybe after 2 more cups, broke again. Constantly stops working, stating “water under pressure”. Another time, I turned it on and it automatically started filling when I did not even put anything in it – and would not stop until the water reservoir was empty.”

“All new Keurig machines have a plastic smell/taste from the manufacturing process. I guess Keurig can’t afford to spend a little extra money on cleaning parts before they are assembled. The problem is the plastic taste leeches into the coffee. I have thoroughly washed and soaked the removable parts in warm soapy water, run about 50 10 oz servings of water through the machine, as well as as run white vinegar through the machine to try and remove the taste.”

“I got one cup of coffee out of this machine before it started giving me the ‘Water under pressure…perform the needle cleaning procedure’ message. I’ve done this multiple times, unplugged the machine, cleaned out the K-cup areas…still get the error. After doing some internet searching this is a very common problem.”
